It started with $400 in ads and users who went quiet

I was working on my own project and spent around $400 on ads. People signed up, and some started using it. But I had no easy way to reach them inside the product. Over time, they went quiet.

That’s why I built the first version of Taku. It did one thing: let me publish messages on my website.

After the first AppSumo launch, customers helped me see what Taku could become. They wanted to capture leads, promote offers, and turn visitors into customers. So, little by little, Taku grew into a popup platform.

I also noticed agencies using Taku on their clients’ websites. That gave me a new direction: let them offer the platform as their own, with their own branding, domain, and pricing.

That’s why we’re back on AppSumo after a long break. Our focus now is helping agencies offer popups as an extra service their clients pay for each month. Help clients get more from their traffic, and build recurring revenue along the way.
