It's sad. But for WEEKS it won't even allow logins. If you want to check it (without buying), just go to their website (talentsheets) and click on login. It wll say, "502 bad gateway." This was a very nice product. Too bad it has been abandoned.
Today I pulled up the data on several youtube videos and it worked perfectly. It showed all the stats - views, likes, engagement rate, etc. I have no idea why some are having any difficulty. Based on my experience, this is a great product.
