If it got to 60 minutes and you still have no results this means that it it didn't find any one that checks most of the boxes after scanning thousands of profiles.

I checked your sourcing session and it seems very complicated and has so many requirements. This could be the reason for the long time and no results.

I suggest removing some of the attributes generated by AI. Or adding "target nearby citites"
