Q: Changing Searching Criteria

I’m currently using Tier 1. After starting a session, I realized that I can’t modify the selection criteria, which has left me with a list of 1,070 irrelevant profiles. Is there any way to adjust the search criteria after the session has started?

In addition, why don't you have a customer support in the app? I cannot convey any problem

A: Hey!

You’re absolutely right—when results are a bit off, adjusting the search can really refine what you're seeing. To help with that, we added an "Edit Session" button right on the sourcing session page so you can modify the criteria as needed without having to start over.

As for customer support, we hear you! There’s a "Feedback" button in the app that lets you reach us by email, and we aim to reply as quickly as possible. Plus, you can always reach out directly to Omar, our Customer Support Manager, at omar@tapflow.app if you’d rather chat.

When I click the "Edit Session" it says "You’re out of credits!" It does not allow me editing.
