I understood that to view / export candidate emails it was necessary to pay for credits and this was not included in the LTD. Fine, I get it. However, the deal included the ability to connect your email account and send emails to candidates, even though you couldn't directly access their email address. I tested this today, and when I tried to send a message to a candidate it presented me with a 'Find Email' button. When I clicked this it told me I needed to buy credits. So, unless I'm missing something it is now not possible to email candidates as part of the LTD as advertised.
Will the fully autonomous AI recruitment agent be available to tier 3 or tier 4?
Shady that you didn’t disclose that minor detail about the emails being an additional cost (how much, by the way?). It’s reasonable that we’d think they were part of the LinkedIn database you claim to have - but especially since the deal directly says we get contact info... If you take a moment to think about it, the gap really gets narrowed between this tool and just buying a curated list from a source like Apollo/Clay. Wait, I guess we have to buy it anyway even with this…huge bummer. Was excited to have grabbed tier 4!
Will you be coming to appsumo select anytime soon?
I just bought tier 2. I don’t see any emails or contact details for the contacts. Where do I find the contact emails. Also, I don’t see a way to send emails through the system. I’ve connected my email, but it says coming soon when I hit the email button. Please advise
