It was a server memory issue that occurred for a few minutes outside our working hours and was resolved immediately.

Your website isn’t even visitable on mobile using chrome. Works via desktop. Has been this way for a long time. Fundamentals. Concerning.
Hey Mark. Its not made for mobile. And won't be for sometime (until we release a mobile app). Its a desktop web app and we never claimed otherwise. The reason for that is that UX wise its not possible to give optimized and great outcomes on smaller screens.
