Q: Why the sessions are so slow?
I got the tier 3 plan and put in my first job description. The sourcing session is going on for 15 mins and continuously spinning and still generating search. Also when I refresh the page, it seems it restarts the session? Why this is so slow? As a busy recruiter, I like to zip through candidates quickly. Am I missing something here?

Tapflow’s sourcing process can sometimes take a bit longer than expected, especially during peak usage times, as it’s running a very detailed search, scraping in real-time from LinkedIn, and running an AI screening algorithm on every single profile so you don't have to.
The reason it's spinning is that the system is generating searches, pulling profiles, and then scoring them based on your job description. The process isn’t restarting when you refresh the page, though I get how it might look that way—it's just recalibrating the session. We're working on speeding this up in the background.
