Must-have tool for recruiters using LinkedIn for soft sourcing
Tapflow is a really promising tool for talent sourcing. I’ve just started testing it on a few very targeted searches for the past days, and the initial results are very encouraging.
It's not going to replace linkedin recruiter (pro) for very specific search terms, but it will definitely help building a pipeline of high potentials and prioritize qualitative actions on large lists of matching candidates.
I appreciate the unique approach of Tapflow, especially how it parses batches of candidates for deeper, more detailed analysis (which can take a hour for 10+ batches, giving 150 validated profiles on average, i.e. scoring 60+%). It's still early version so some matching criteria will need further adjustments but the contact with Abed is great and fast, allowing to share feedback and help the tool improve.
It's too early to compare with other AI powered tools (some which cost up to 1000$/month), as there’s still a lot on the roadmap, which shows the team’s long-term vision for the tool.
In my opinion, only Tier 3 offers the best value if considering the time saved on such a parsing task.
I’m continuing to test the accuracy of the search results and analysis, but so far, it's looking like a great addition to the recruitment toolkit!

As you said, we're just scratching the surface. We still have multiples better technologies and features to add to make the final outcome way better.
For searching for accurate terms like LinkedIn, we'll be adding that option soon for Recruiters who like to manually control every part of the search, but obviously we'll provide them with AI capabilities as well.
