I know sumo-lings are used to lifetime accounts, but for a SaaS with ongoing costs for the life of your account, we can't offer lifetime accounts and not start to lose money on your account. Hi, just to be clear : with purchase, there is no lifetime account (as in pay once forever type of plan), but there is an option to upgrade to a forever-at-50%-off plan. Is that correct?

2. Currently, our Shopify integration is done through Zapier, Make, Boost.space, and many others.

I have an email list of medical professionals (I am one too) from a company focused on obtaining emails with purpose of us medical professionals getting other emails from other brands etc. They have a good compliance team and confirmed that the emails comply with opt-in/consent and privacy from the relevant countries. Will these email address be accepted on Tarvent as we have done our due diligence ensuring we don't 'cold email'. Thanks.

A: Thanks for asking. No matter where you get this list, purchased lists aren't allowed. The reason is that the people did not give your company permission. As a result, when you send them an email, there is a much higher chance of them reporting your email as spam, and causing issues with our IP reputation. A: Technically, yes. However, we pulled the functionality due to changes in how it works. We should have the new functionality released in the next couple of weeks. We have one task ahead, but it is definitely on the plan.
