A: GDPR has been working for a long time. If you're running into any issues, please reach out to support, and they will get them resolved. However, if you're asking about Tarvent operating servers in the UK, that hasn't happened. We have yet to define a timeline for that, as our focus has been on CRM integrations, and demand for UK-based servers for GDPR has been very low.
Q: Purchased when this was an LTD-- are accounts before March 19th, still an LTD?
I purchased this when it was still considered an LTD. Were all existing accounts before March 19th announcement changed to 1-year access?

A: If you purchased the LTD version, then it will always be LTD. We did not switch anything for the LTD customer, as the 1-year deal was a separate one. If you are having issues with your account, please reach out to our support team.
Q: Any chance of this one-year deal coming back to Appsumo?
I considered Tarvent but balked at the 1-year option so I chose another with an LTD and ended up regretting it. So I'm "in the market" again. I'm mulling over another offering (Encharge) which looks interesting but wanted to check here first, just in case. Let me know, thanks!

A: The retail price is based on the number of contacts you have when you switch to a paid plan. You can visit https://tarvent.com to see our pricing. Also, there is no upgrade to a lifetime account. I know sumo-lings are used to lifetime accounts, but for a SaaS with ongoing costs for the life of your account, we can't offer lifetime accounts and not start to lose money on your account. Hi, just to be clear : with purchase, there is no lifetime account (as in pay once forever type of plan), but there is an option to upgrade to a forever-at-50%-off plan. Is that correct?
