Hello,
I'm designing the automations flowchart for WhatsApp in GHL.
If the customer has any difficulty accessing our online store, at some point, we need to ask for their email and check if they are registered on the website. But we need to do this check automatically. How can we do this? Is there any app that can "get" the customer's email (after providing it to us in the conversation) and check on Shopify if they are registered?
Is there a possibility of automating the password recovery process for our platforms whenever a customer comes to us with this difficulty?

Dec 2, 2024A: Heyyy!! This is an interesting flow. Password recovery. I’d say set up a form like a tally form or a mailead form (inside our automations builder) it’s free if you have mailead too with unlimited responses. THEN what you can do, is take that password recovery form, then set up an automation step for “approval” if you wanted a human to do anything. But if you don’t you can set up an alert to create a new password and then send it to them?
