Q: Hey guys, I purchased Tier 5 back in September but haven't actually needed to use the software until now with the new project coming up...

I can't remember how many cloud hours Tier 5 had back then or where to find our limits? (really important now).

Or what the difference between Tier 5 then vs now?
All I see is the ability to purchase "Lifetime Cloud Hours" ... not how many I have access to?

Is there a way to access the 6hrs cloud hours p/m please?

A: Heyy aj! We did not have tier 5 in September. We only had tier 4. We will still honor the extra cloud hours for you since you bought a while back though if you get a cloud plan. If you get a cloud plan on AppSumo here you get 6 cloud hours but if you buy the lifetime plan on the app, I’ll make sure you get the extra hours we promised people who bought last year ;)

Ahh,... I just checked in my account ... you are correct, I bought Tier 4 but have just seen the option to upgrade to Tier 5 (didn't know that was there).
