Q: I need urgent help with TaskMagic
I need urgent help with TaskMagic. I have Tier 5 and after 28+ days:
I CANNOT use the promised dedicated IP
I CANNOT use the 6 hours of cloud service
Webhooks DO NOT work
There is NO clear documentation
Support DOES NOT respond (Skool)
They just tell me it's 'weird behavior' but ZERO solutions. I've been paying for the highest tier for ONE MONTH without being able to use even ONE HOUR of the service.
I'm leaving this in the comments section to avoid damaging the product's reputation, but if I can't get my issue resolved, I'll really have to post this as a negative review.
Anyone else having these issues? Any support channel that actually works? I'm seriously considering requesting a full refund.
