DefaultUserQ: Tier 1 is enought for beginners?
Hi, I have no experience with automation. Can you give me an example of the difference between tier 1 and tier 2? What's missing is Private/shared permissions?
Another question is where there's a download limit of 10. Is that per month?
Is the limit for custom steps general or per automation?

Jun 10, 2025A: YES! if you want just browser recording it is...you even get 1 free apps based flow...people seem to be confused on this point. the apps based part of taskmagic will ask you to upgrade bc you only get 1 apps based flow with the lowest tiers just fyi ;) If you invite someone on your team or a client etc you might want to make some flows or workspaces PRIVATE so they dont see other flows or details. and yes thats 10 downloads per month! good question. and just per automation like you described!
