Ida55820Q: Upgrade to T6 or Buy Cloud hours
Hi, I am currently on T5. I considered upgrading to T6 but learned about the 12hr/m recurring Cloud hour add-on from your website. The sticker price between T5 and T6 is $499 different, which is the 12hr/m add-on price. Please tell me the difference between a T6 upgrade and purchasing a separate add-on. I noticed that the addon includes things like API tasks and workspace Cloud hour control. Don't we already have that in my current T5 plan? If I do buy an add-on, is it easy to add to my current plan? Is there any scope for a special discount for the cloud hours? Thank you.

Nov 22, 2024A: Hey there again again ida! T6 is solid and come with extra cloud hours and on our site (in app) you can just buy more extra cloud hours for a one time cost. The tier 6 also comes with an extra IP as well. If you buy the addon it’s pretty easy to add them as we are currently offering them as a one time addon IN THE APP. If you open the app then go to browser recording in the left side then when the browser app opens you will see “buy more” cloud hours or here’s a direct link
