Hello, since I mentioned that the biggest problem is the number of subdomains due to agencies using many ancillary programs that work on subdomains, I have one question: 1. Will you change the number of subdomains from 1 to unlimited? Such an important element for many agencies and fundamental to stay in this project. Best regards, AdAlbert
A: Thank you for your question! We will certainly put it on our list to enable multiple subdomains, however right now, we cannot make any promises on feasibility or timelines. So if this is a crucial factor for you, please do not get this deal. But thank you for your feedback, it helps us to understand that this is important for users.
Q: Is it possible to increase the no. of websites in at least tier-1?
If LTD is not possible due to server cost and high maintenance, is it possible for you to increase the no. of websites in at least tier-1? Because from tier-2, the pricing plan is nearly the same as that of other hosting providers. Your server speed is amazingly fast, but it lacks in other features like cPanel, no fixed space for each website, and unlimited sub-domains.
A: Thank you for your question! Yes, the pricing plan is linear. Changing things now would be quite complicated. However, it's still highly competitive in terms of pricing. And as you point out, there are also other things that count, like support :)
Hi, i have a question. I purchased in a previous deal your backup plugin. Now I would know this. If I make a backup of my website and transfer the website to your host, try to install new templates, install new plugins and do all the necessary tests, when I want to transfer the staging website to the current website, how should I do it? is there a button to do this transfer in reverse? thanks
1) I saw this comment "There is no access to cPanel, but you can add subdomains (one per site).". Does that mean we ONLY can have 1 subdomain? That's bad. Not usable for 99% of users. 2) 20GB storage. Ok not much. 3) What is the bandwidth? Couldn't find answer. 4) Do you optimize websites? Somehow? Because most of the WP hosting do. For free if you are subscribed to any plan. 5) no CDN, no plan for it and you are based in Germany. How do you serve clients in Tokio?
A: Thank you for your questions! Let me address each point:
1) The subdomain limit is one *per site* (and you can create multiple sites with this deal). We understand this may be a limitation for some users and have it on our roadmap to expand, but we can't guarantee a timeline. So if having more subdomains is critical to your workflow, this deal might not be the right fit. (Just to clarify for others reading: subdomains are like something.yoursite.com, not yoursite.com/blog.)
2) The 20GB storage is included by default. If you need more, storage can be expanded anytime (though this falls outside of the AppSumo deal — please contact us directly for upgrade options).
3) All sites benefit from up to 1 Gbps bidirectional bandwidth, which is more than sufficient for the vast majority of use cases.
4) We provide fast, optimized servers — but we leave site-level optimization (e.g. caching, image compression, etc.) to the users. This gives you full control using the WordPress plugins of your choice.
5) You're right — we're based in Germany, and at this point we don’t use a CDN. We are exploring options to serve content from multiple locations in the future, but we don’t have a timeline yet. That said, many speed-related issues can often be improved significantly with good local optimizations before a CDN even becomes necessary.
Q: Know some points before purchasing:
1. Is SSL free with all websites?
2. Is it a shared or Dedicated server for each user?
3. How much CPU and RAM is allocated for each website?
4. How many inodes are there for each website?
5. Is the storage type NVMe or something else?
6. Which servers are used: Apache, Nginx, or LightSpeed?
7. How many visitors are allowed monthly?
8. Are servers scalable or not?
9. Is there any Cache service available on the server side?
10. Are you using Cloudflare or any other type of security for the websites?

12. Support is available through chat or email?

Apr 12, 2025A: Thank you for your question! You can then just back a backup of the site on staging, and use that to replace your current version on live.
