Taco ratings
Customers are all about Teable, praising its powerful database structure, AI capabilities, and automation potential. The cherry on top is its AI integration for projects, CRM, and marketing. There are a few hiccups like rapid credit consumption and the need for more manual control over visualizations and reporting, just small bumps on the road. Weighing the raves against the occasional grumbles, Teable is hitting the mark and is a solid buy for those in need of an AI-native system. Plus, with its 60-day money-back guarantee, it's definitely worth a try.

Easy to use
I first tried the free version of Teable, and as I do with any new AI-powered tool, I start with an under-optimized request using just a few words. Honestly, I was surprised by the results with so little context. Just three words to structure data.
Then, I increased the level of difficulty without significantly complicating my prompt, and once again, Teable understood exactly what I wanted. That’s when I decided to purchase the paid version.
After creating a CRM-type data structure, I built an application that interacted with the data in about ten sentences. It wasn’t perfect, but it was functional. Then I asked it for improvements inspired by UIs I already use, and it recreated the adjustments almost identically. The learning curve is well balanced.

Airtable on steroids
This is the app I have been waiting for a long time.
Teable is not only Excel, and also not only Airtable.
Teable also integrates AI, AI agents, and an app builder.
That is extremely powerful.
The AI agent directly handles connections with Make.com and Boost.Space for me, sets up emails for me, and much more. I can integrate the created apps into WordPress and onto websites. Now you can build step by step, always test the intermediate results first, and then generate further ideas for improvements and extensions. That makes it very easy to gradually build powerful apps. Teable can take over the debugging of the code and does it very effectively and successfully. The debugging and optimization are exactly what is otherwise particularly time-consuming in development. Here everything is handy and easy.
The more complex the app becomes, the faster the credits are consumed, because the rework becomes increasingly demanding and complex. With few credits, one should therefore only create medium-complexity apps. Or you buy additional credits. Even with intensive use, one normally consumes less than 1,000 credits within an hour of continuous work. That means the built-in programmer in Teable costs about $10 per hour, if you purchase credits. For the result, that's a fair price, I think.
All in all, I am excited. Through the powerful functions, opportunities are currently opening up for me that would otherwise have remained far away.

A really strong database architecture! (Plus a tip to save AI credits)
Teable is an incredibly useful tool with a very strong and robust database. It handles everything I throw at it with ease. Highly recommended!
A quick note for the best use of your AI credits:
Don't just put plain English prompts into their AI tool! Instead, use Gemini or another LLM to create your full database schema first. Once you have the schema, paste that directly into Teable. This workaround is super efficient and will save you from burning through your AI credits.

There should be different artificial intelligence options.
I completed four projects with the software. In my first project, it couldn't fix a problem it was stuck on. I had to delete it, but I spent a lot of tokens. My second project was more successful. It can't do everything exactly as you want in the first attempt. Even in the simplest project, I had to release version 7. Also, the AI it uses in my native language performs better in English. The idea is great, but the token count is very low. They should add different AI models or increase the token count. I broke one taco from this.

Apr 8, 2026Hi safex147, thank you for the honest and detailed feedback — and for sticking with it through four projects!
We're glad the results improved as you went, and we have some great news on the points you raised:
Token consumption — In our latest App Builder update, we've optimized AI usage to consume 30%–50% fewer tokens compared to before, and we're continuing to optimize further. So your credits...
