Definitely a must-have - 6 Tacos
I have tried AirTable, NocoDB, AITable, Bika, etc., and so far Teable is the best I have used.
Pros:
- A lot faster compared to aitable and bika
- The concept of "base" makes it easy to use for multiple clients
- Authority matrix is a killer feature. makes it very easy to manage multiple users.
- Really good for concurrent user collaboration
- Automation is very good
- Chatting with AI is fast and accurate(at least for me)
- Creating web app is very good. I created a very nice looking dashboard site for 300 credits.
- The API documentation is comprehensive and interactive. A good sign that a product has a long term goal and it could survive for a long time.
Cons:
- Too low storage. 100GB for tier 4
- "Database connections per space" is not included in the plan
- I find the name terrible (sorry)
Overall, It's simple enough for non-technical people, but still has the advanced features for a developer such as myself. If the product survived for a long time, probably would be my best purchase ever.

Feb 27, 2026Hi codegino,
Thank you for the thorough comparison and detailed breakdown — it's clear you've done your homework across many tools, and we're glad Teable stood out.
Regarding the cons you mentioned:
Storage: 100GB for Tier 4 is designed to cover most use cases. We'll keep monitoring real-world usage and adjust if needed.
Database connections per space: This feature is for self-hosted deployments only and does not apply to our SaaS plans. We'll be updating the pricing page to make this clearer — thanks for pointing it out.
Also, regarding credits — we've heard feedback about consumption during the initial setup phase and have come up with a solution: all AppSumo users will receive an additional 2 months of credits as a one-time top-up. This feature will go live in the next few days. For more details, check out our founder post here: Addressing Credit Concerns — https://appsumo.com/products/teable/#news-updates
To your point about "if the product survived for a long time" — we're fully committed to building Teable for the long run. As I mentioned in my reply to your other question, our LTD commitments are a principle, not just a policy. Your support as an early user is a big part of making that happen.
Thank you again for the 6-taco review!
