Replaced Air Table for me
While I agree with the other reviewers that the AI credits do not go very far, this did replace my basic use of air table to eliminate another subscription.
[EDIT: I wanted to add that the BEST feature of Teable so far is the "vibe coding style" AI. Teable is not just a spreadsheet software, but more like a database app builder with some overlap with something like Lovable. Credits don't go far, but I totally get that it's difficult to offer a lifetime deal when Teable is paying for monthly credits forever.]
The functionality is very similar to air table, and I was able to migrate everything within an hour.
I was also able to build a rudimentary cold email outreach using the vibe code style chat feature. It built out an automation for me that I was able to modify in code and get it to send emails to my list of contacts via my Google account and update the table accordingly. This took an extraordinary amount of credits and used up an entire month on the level two plan just for this use case.
It is also fairly unclear how a paid account relates to the bases and tables, etc. I had to do some research to understand that a paid account is related to a base, and inside of a base you can make tables, but you cannot create a second base under the same paid account.
I hope that the credit issue can be addressed as compared to other vibe coding tools. I could have created twenty different apps with the same amount of props that absorbed an entire month with Teable.

The cold email outreach automation you built is a solid use case. On the credit consumption, we're actively working on major efficiency improvements shipping in the coming weeks. The same kind of work will cost significantly fewer credits. Worth noting that Teable is different from pure vibe coding tools: when you build something in Teable, the AI isn't just generating code, it's actually creating real database structures, setting up automations, and executing live operations. That said, we agree the cost needs to come down, and it will.
On the base and space structure: we hear you that this wasn't clear enough. Here's how it works: a Space is the top-level container tied to your plan. Inside a Space, you can create multiple bases, and inside each base, you can create multiple tables. the number of bases per space is unlimited.
