I really wanted to love Teable.ai as it looked very promising, but my recent experience was a letdown. I tried to consolidate 3,000 records (pre-cleaned via Power Query), and the platform struggled for over 30 minutes before eventually crashing.
When it finally did produce a dashboard, the result was messy and unintelligible—nothing more than what a basic Excel Pivot Table could do in seconds. Most frustratingly, this single attempt consumed nearly half of my Tier 4 credits (about 3,000) for a result that was below mediocre. It has a flashy UI, but compared to other tools like Emergent, it’s just not handling heavy lifting efficiently yet. Great aesthetics, but it needs a lot more stability and better logic for the price.

Getting stuck on about 3,000 records, crashing, and producing an unusable dashboard is not expected behavior, and we take this seriously. We want to identify the root cause as soon as possible and make sure this is addressed properly.
