Q: I'm trying to make sense of team deck.
Why do I need this if I bill per project not hours. What's the point if I use Asana (now Nifty) for everything from assigning task to managing projects and tasks.
My systems and processess game is weak. Can you tell me where team deck comes in?
For example, what if I have freelancers and in house staff who are graphic designers, virtual assistants, social media managers, copy writers, video editors, writers?

Even if you bill your client per project, not per hours then still you need to calculate how many projects you can take at once and how long will they take to avoid gaps between the projects.
Teamdeck is great in resource scheduling, you have a clear view of what's happening at your organization, who is available to take a new project or who is over- or underutilized.
