So let me first start by saying that Teamdeck says what it does on the tin. It is a time tracking platform to handle teammates projected time and submitted time to handle and analyze bandwidth allocation across team members, with reports to boot!

Note: This is NOT a project management tool. Anyone looking for a project management tool will be sorely disappointed. While there are some things such as custom fields and notes/description, it is not meant to do any of the heavy lifting say an Infinity, Plutio, or now SuiteDash would provide.

The app works really well and is simplistic and polished, allowing you to start time tracking for any given project and see your calendar at a glance. It takes a few seconds for the time to show up in Calendar view, but it appears to capture it reliably so far!

I think that this software is really great for, as Artur mentioned, for software houses, or large teams working towards some common goals/projects. While you can get a broad overview of what your team is working on if each team member is working on separate projects, it doesn't quite fully leverage what this is about, which is bandwidth/resource allocation.

The feature requests as of right now are a bit bare, but that's where we come in as a community.

My only concern is that when I compare this to the other platforms above, I'm not entirely sure where this fits in with my stack. While the team member limit is extremely generous, I can do nearly these same things and then some in other platforms (specifically Infinity with Clockify integration).

I do see how this will be useful during peak season when the developers and designers are pulling crazy hours and resource management and allocation is critical, but for the rest of the year, I see myself using more of a project management tool.

I would say that the platform is simple (the screenshots on the deal page are basically everything you need to know), relatively intuitive, and works. I would give the platform a very high 3 star rating based on my personal needs/use, the app a 4/4.5 star rating because it is very well done, especially compared to what some other SaaS's that have come through here produce, and the deal is 6 stars. There are no features withheld at the expense of a deal and considering 25 members (1 code) is $100/month on their site, the savings are there.

If you have a large team that you're trying to manage the bandwidth, I would recommend getting this. It's very solid and for the price, unbeatable.

P.S. Anyone looking for an app that takes screenshots and tracks URLs and what have you...just stop. Leave your employees alone. That creates a toxic work environment and will lead to burning out. A healthy work environment is built on trust and accountability. Not espionage.
