Hi,
does published public agents link can be customized?
Is there a way to limit access, embed for a use case of selling agents, like a clients portal?
can be disabled "powered by teampal" on public link?
Chatting with a public link as a customer - does chats are saved from client's side or everytime starts a new chat and the old one is deleted?
If not, is it on the roadmap?

Jun 6, 2026A: Here are the clear answers to your questions:
1. Customized public links & CNAME: Currently, this is not supported. All public agent links use our default URL structure.
2. Limit access & client portal embedding: We don't have a built-in feature to restrict access or advanced embedding options tailored for a client portal at the moment.
3. Disable "powered by teampal": Right now, the branding on public links cannot be disabled or removed.
4. Chat history for public links: Yes! The chat history is saved on the user's end. Whoever uses the public link to chat will be able to see their own conversation history when they return
