Q: How is it a team if it has no persistent agent memory?

I was reading a less than favourable review, that Team Pal doesn't have the ability for the agents to persistently remember what they have to do. So this does away with any form of automation or handing off tasks if agents can't remember the basic parameters and rules of how the agent is meant to run or be scripted. So you lose the whole benefit of AI by not having a persistent agent who can undertake the tasks without having to be re-taught every day. This is the equivalent of running a business and opening the business every morning and having to retrain all the members of staff to do their jobs every single day. How is this an improvement in utilising AI and automation to hand work off to people if you've got to constantly update the AI agent on things you've already told it? I'm at a loss. Surely this statement cannot be accurate?

A: Thanks for reaching out! To be honest, the reviewer seems to be mistaken, as our AI agent already has a memory update feature that was launched a long time ago. Perhaps they were confused somewhere along the way. If you want an agent to update its memory about something, you simply need to write a prompt saying 'Update your memory about…' and it will be updated right away

This isn't persistent memory though this is reprompting the agent to follow a course of action that I may have already told it in a previous session. As to the review, I was asking the question based on your response to a previous question on appsumo, that you stated the agents weren't persistent and you had to reprompt as they couldn't remember instructions to the next session.
