Q: law and language
Hello, I’m interested in your product for several reasons. What kinds of processes and tasks do you think it can handle in a law office or similar service-based business? I’m thinking about everything from different types of matters, to marketing and sales, to tasks that might be unique to a service business or a law firm.
Additionally, can a public-facing agent interact with someone in Spanish? In other words, if someone engages with the agent, can it detect the person’s language and respond in that language? And what languages do you support? In particular, I’d like to know whether you support Spanish, English, Portuguese, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
