What happened to Tevent? According to publicly available information on the Internet, the Teventlab company is in liquidation. Is Tevent lost and gone? Appsumo, do you know anything about that?
You will be given a warning in-app 10 mins before the Event is due to expire. We also give you a 10-minute grace period after the maximum, to wrap up the event. You will not be charged for this additional time.

I'm glad to announce that we've added the option to select a custom currency (Including USD) for Ticket Payments. This has just gone live today (12th December 2022)
You'll find this option in the 'Payments' tab in the Event Settings menu.

Q: Hi, somehow I don't understand the term "ticket credits".
Is that the total count of participants across all events in that month? So for example, if we have 300 students and if we do 6 workshops each month, does it mean we consume 1800 ticket credits?
That is correct, 1 Ticket Credit = 1 Unique Event Registration, so if you have 6 separate Events, and 300 students register for each of them this will use up 1800 ticket credits.
Unfortunately, Tevent is not currently accessible via mobile devices.
However, a mobile application is currently in development and expected for initial release by mid January 2023. Please keep an eye on our public roadmap for updates . https://roadmap.tevent.com/

My question is: Is it possible for me to automatically create new meeting links connecting Tevent to Tidycal (like I can with zoom)?
Is there a work around with this using API for example.

At the moment, we only integrate with Zapier so if this was a short-term requirement then yes, you'd need to use Zapier.
However, we're going to be improving the intrations stack and develop more open API options next year.

I read some reviews from purchasers and I have 4 follow up questions.
1) Do you have Stripe (not Stripe express), on your current roadmap and what does that timeline look like? Setting up a Stripe account is a pain and I'm not doing THAT twice unnecessarily no matter how good a software tool is.

So I have an ongoing coaching training going on.
Lets say I have 10 people, counting me, and we meet 4 times a month. That would count as 40 tickets? What if someone has issues and has to rejoin the session, thats another ticket? Or test events, to check everything works fine. They also consume the tickets? I imagine tickets are counted per session x email? Please let me me know ASAP i would be very interested... tks
1 Ticket Credit = 1 Unique Event Registration. 10 people including yourself attending 4 seperate Events would redeem 36 tickets, as the Organiser does not count towards an Event Registration.
Once a user has registered for an Event, they can leave and come back as many times as they want during and even after the event has completed, to watch the recording (if one was made)

You will not be cut exactly after 1 hour.

I do appreciate the transparency. It appears custom branding is very low on the priority list for Tevent although it remains very high for me.
So it looks like it just isn't a product fit for me...that's OK...there's likely people out there that won't be too concerned about it.
