Can you clarify how team members work in textlink?

I am trying to understand whether this is a true shared-team SMS platform or just multiple separate user accounts under one workspace.

Can team members actually share:

* one phone number
* one inbox
* the same message threads
* the same conversation history

Or are accounts siloed so each user only sees their own messages?

For us, shared inbox collaboration is the key issue. Thanks.
