In the Chatapp section inside Textlink platform do we get to see logs of the SENT messages only ? Why not the incoming messages sent to us

Hello, Am I sending SMS messages through my own carrier or through TextLink? And if I am bringing my own carrier, can I assume that I would be limited to whatever my carrier allows? So I wouldn't be able to set the outbound CallerID, etc.
