Q: Does have the ability to auto respond based on keywords?
For example, I currently use Twilio. I have a workflow where it detects the word “website”.
So if someone texts me “what is your website” my auto responder will reply with “Here is a link to our website: www.google .com”
Do you have that functionality available?
If yes, is there a limit on how many keywords can be configured?

CodeQueen: Thanks for asking the question. I was about to ask the same one before I saw your message. My use case is similar whereby I want my customers to text certain keyword to Twilio number and they get back a reply (2-way messaging) with a coupon offer, website link, etc. It would be awesome to have this feature :-) As of now, is this tool essentially for mass texting; one way; no reply?
