Q: Fair usage limit question
For the fair use policy of
"We limit your SMS to 1 message every 3-4 seconds due to our fair use policy."
Is this limit for the whole account ? or per SMS attached ?
So I have 3 SMS's attached can I send 3 messages every 3 to 4 seconds ?

ok so 10 SMS's attached would then work out to 10 messages every 3 to 4 seconds.
Is there a limit to how many SMS's / devices can be attached and sending simultaneously ?

No, you can attach as many devices/sims as you want to.
