A: Yes, we use the Android OS's native messaging capabilities to enable this. Once you install the app, you will be free to use that SMS capability in your Team Communications / Marketing Campaigns / Custom Apps.

Hi there, I am in the midst of doing some testing on a trial SMS outreach campaign. I was able to sent the test sms to two different phone numbers and saw the message in the BulK SMS Campaign Dashboard, however, when I reply using one of the recipient's phones, the replies do not show up in the WebApp Dashboard, just the actual operating SIM Phone. What needs to be done to carry on back-and-forth dialogues using the WebApp...what switch did I miss? Also, when someone replies STOP, does the Textlink system remove or block the requester of the list so they are not marketed to again?? Thanks.

Hi there, I recently purchased TextLink (Tier 1) on AppSumo. I installed the Android app using the official link and granted all necessary permissions, including battery and background activity. However, my device does not appear on the Dashboard under "Devices and Setup", even after restarting, reinstalling, and checking my internet connection. I’ve followed all the instructions carefully and made sure everything is correctly configured. Could the issue be related to me using the service from Portugal? I would really appreciate your guidance on how to proceed. Thanks in advance for your support!
