Q: Physical Sim and eSim Combo Support - Plus Unique Numbers Desired per GHL SubAccount

Q1: ) I intend to use this in GHL for SMS/MMS - w/ a unique SMS number per sub account (I assume unique SIM or eSIM per sub acct) since 10DLC is a nightmare. Are eSIMS + compatible in one phone?

Q2: ) If telco sms mms limit is 300-500 per day, wether thru you or thru GHL - can we trickle out sms volume?

Q3:) Conversational 2-way SMS with GHL AI or workflows - is this compatible as a native swap-out for leadconnector SMS, how does this work with limits and timing, as a convo could easily have 5+ messages per minute - will we be hindered here?

Q4:) If a sim does get blocked, how quickly can we swap with another for a subaccount?

Q5:) How would hosted SIM providers in a datacenter work if at all?

Q6:) Can we buy urgent response tech support?

Q7:) SMS in GHL unified inbox per contact?

Q8:) Is it Leadconnector mobile app compatible?

A: Hey,

1.) You can use both SIMs and eSIMs. You can use one per sub account or you can share a single sim among multiple since we support it under the hood and we make sure that the conversations are separate even on the same sim. We don’t support MMS yet
