Q: Two Conversations with WebApp - is one way??
Hi there, I am in the midst of doing some testing on a trial SMS outreach campaign. I was able to sent the test sms to two different phone numbers and saw the message in the BulK SMS Campaign Dashboard, however, when I reply using one of the recipient's phones, the replies do not show up in the WebApp Dashboard, just the actual operating SIM Phone. What needs to be done to carry on back-and-forth dialogues using the WebApp...what switch did I miss? Also, when someone replies STOP, does the Textlink system remove or block the requester of the list so they are not marketed to again?? Thanks.
