Q: To those seeking support: FWIW, late August / Early September I got reasonably prompt support from Textnock on 2 occasions.

textnock@gmail.com was their reply address (being a generic gmail address concerned me).

I've been automating 1000+ various SMS's from them per month, daily via Zapier without a single hiccup.

Hope they can get it sorted for you - because currently, I'm a happy customer

Q: Purchased a total of 24 codes (4 accounts in total) but here I noticed after 30 days credits are not recovered!!!

Q: I cannot get a US number upon sign up.

I tried contacting support several times but no reply. Even the contact page in their website goes all white when I click Submit. What's happening to Textnock?
