They do not report to Support requests

When redeemed it said contact for number. No response.
Then it says set up for US, but I am in the UK
Again - no response to support requests.
Not a great start
Will be refunding most likely if this is what to expect

No Support !!

I purchased my codes and signed up however I've emailed a few times because it said to contact support for a number. I'm not getting any response at all.
Good try but this is crap. I'll look for other options if I don't get any responses.

No support

Since I bought it's last month I have been waiting for my credits to renew automatically but it seems like it's not functioning 😂 on September 1 I expected the credits to reset but that didn't happened, I also tried contacting the support but from last week I have got zero answer from them. I am gonna wait for a another week and see if I get a response

Broken app and NO SUPPORT

This is clearly in early alpha phase development as it seems not to work at all. The company has NO SUPPORT AT ALL, I have sent several messages from the contact link at the bottom of their page, with no response at all. That link goes to a contact form on their site (is it too broken?)
I have sent three text messages to test the platform two were to a 512 number and one to a 609 number.
The two 512s are still pending and the one 609 says sent however it never arrived. For this little test the system deducted 6 credits even though it sent nothing at all.
I have also not been able to find where I select and set up a phone number unless it will just some random number.
I can deal with alpha and beta stage things but without support, seriously I do hope they pull it together and provide some support.
Has anyone else found where you set up a phone number or were you just lucky enough to get your message to go through to see your number?
