I downloaded the book and audiobook. Shortly thereafter my notebook had a technical problem. I wanted to re-download the files, but that was not possible. Wrote to support, they answered my mails, but did not solve the problem, so I can not read the book I paid for. :-(

Still Can’t Redeem After Months — No Support at All
I purchased The Good Book of SEO back in August, and as of November, I still can’t redeem my purchase. AppSumo support even stepped in and provided an activation code, but it still doesn’t work. The product’s own support is completely unresponsive — no replies, no fixes, nothing. Very disappointing experience overall. You’ve been warned.
