Can Thoughtly leave a voice message on a recipients phone without actually having to call the number (similar to voicedrop.ai)?

Q: Any Call Termination Policy

Do you offer functionality to disconnect calls when people are just testing or playing with the AI voice agent unnecessarily? For example, after a few minutes, a call without moving to the next stage in the agent's workflow will be automatically dropped by saying good bye...
