Q: Can we transfer phone calls to VOIP Phones?

We have seven phone numbers/users in our company, and we currently use Zoom Phone (VoIP). Three of these numbers are well-established and have been in the market for 30 years, so I don’t want to replace them with new ones.
Is it possible to integrate Thoughtly with Zoom Phone so that Thoughtly answers incoming calls and then transfers them to my Zoom Phone line when a client wants to speak with a human?
I'm also considering soon to move from Zoom Phone to OpenPhone which also offers open API. Does that help on anything?
Lastly, I've seen many comments complaining about your support, is this type of setup included in your support? What if we want to pay for a one time premium support with a specialist who can help us do this setup, is this service available?

A: Both Zoom Phone and OpenPhone can work with Thoughtly through call transfers - if you can dial it, we can transfer to it (and vice versa). Currently there’s no direct integration, but we’re working on a feature that’ll let you bring most pre-owned numbers into our dashboard.

As for support, while a handful of reviews mention issues, here’s some perspective: we’ve onboarded over 1,200 Sumolings. The 10-ish putting support in negative light is less than 1% of the total. Still, we believe even 0.01% matters - all support requests deserve prompt, proper attention so we’re actively reviewing our internal processes and team communication channels to identify and fix any weak spots.

Our team currently handles all requests well within the 3-5 day SLA for AppSumo accounts, so we haven’t needed "premium" support options yet. If response times start approaching these limits consistently, we might consider adding support tiers of some kind.
