Q: Can you use a phone number you already have? I have a VOIP number (RingCentral)

and if you can use your own number, do you still have to pay the 500 credits/month? If you can't use your own number, can the number purchased through you guys be forwarded? It's easier if the customers are not confused by a variety of phone numbers. Thank you so much! Great tool!

A: Yes, you can use your RingCentral number! Just forward it to our Thoughtly number, and for outbound calls, we can set your existing number as the caller ID. This way your customers always see your familiar number.

You’ll still need an active Thoughtly number (500 credits/month) to forward calls to, but this setup gives you the best of both worlds - keeping your current number while using all our features.
