Q: How does this feed into inbound sales?
I'm thinking of using this to pre-qualify leads. We do AI automation and workflow consulting and develop custom AI models to deploy within organizations.
We would be interested in having the AI go through a checklist or set of questions regarding their needs, budget, timeline, etc.
It's appealing to me to have someone opt-in, book and confirm an appointment via SMS, and then have thoughtly do the initial pre-qualifying call.
I tried your demo number, and the AI struggled with pauses. it asked the same question 3 times and then hung up abruptly. when i didn't leave my email, it said thanks and moved on in the conversation.
I can see potential here but the opening and closing were a little wonky in initial tests. This is your demo number, so I wonder how to address if your own demo is a little buggy.
