A: While our voice library doesn’t include additional Thai voices, you can select Thai as a language option in the agent builder settings.

Hi Thoughtly team, I want to start my question with saying how much I like this tool. I'm so happy I decided to invest in this. I regret not purchasing a higher tier. Do you have any recommendation to get a US phone number approved for outbound calls to numbers of a foreign country (The number would make appointment reminders to clients in Mexico). So far I've used the inbound calls and they work wonderfully. But would definitely love to be able to make appointment reminders through calls and sms. Best regards, Carlos
