Q: Is my french comapny able to use thoughtly?

It looks like you require a certified US company to use thoughtly.
Can I register as a french company? even if not certified in the US?
I do have US cleints though that would use some agents

Hi Thoughtly team, I want to start my question with saying how much I like this tool. I'm so happy I decided to invest in this. I regret not purchasing a higher tier. Do you have any recommendation to get a US phone number approved for outbound calls to numbers of a foreign country (The number would make appointment reminders to clients in Mexico). So far I've used the inbound calls and they work wonderfully. But would definitely love to be able to make appointment reminders through calls and sms. Best regards, Carlos
I have reached out a number of times to customer service to have them fix the issue with my account. The credits dont align with the tier that I purchased. Can someone from the thoughtly team please respond.
