Q: Sms credits
SMS credit are these sms credit within the software alone or do I have to connect it through Twillo for it to work. Can i have multiple numbers for different business.

The SMS credits are integrated within Thoughtly, and will be deducted from your available credits. You can also have multiple numbers for different businesses if needed.
