This is very concerning: "when I ran into issues, support was nowhere to be found. I had to reach out multiple times, and even then, it felt like I was just being given the runaround."

Our official SLA for AppSumo accounts is 3-5 business days, though we’re beating that significantly: this week’s median response time is just 48 minutes for all customers (sumolings included). This SLA structure helps us keep costs down, passing those savings directly to you.
To give some perspective, our T1 deal includes 9,000 voice seconds (1.5k credits) with ALL premium dependencies included. The closest competitor on AppSumo only offered this amount in their highest tier (T6), and they still required you to connect and pay separately for Twilio, Eleven Labs, and OpenAI API usage.
If support speed is more valuable to you than a lifetime deal, I invite you to take a look at our monthly plans. SLA on those is much shorter.
