5 days for chat support :(
I spent an entire hour just trying to use thier onboarding process and couldn't even get started.
I tried sending them an video of the issue via thier chat support and that didn't work. After trying to hunt down a support link on thier website, was taken to a page asking for a linkedIn profile ... so I couldn't even get to support becuase I don't have a linkedIn profile. A simple email support link would be nice ... and to make matters worst once you buy you can do a refund ....
