There are bugs as with any software in development but I don't think most of these reviews are giving credit to the team behind Thoughtly.

Here are the things that are epic about this software:

- Run automations while on a call
- Sms messaging
- Outbound calls
- Custom voices
- Genius sources
- Purchase numbers straight from the platform
