Bought tier 1 as the offer is nonrefundable, primarily to get setup & experience the product properly as a user & because I think I'll use it for sure based on what I'm seeing in the testing of other users online.

Review:
Software seems extremely versatile & great use case out of the box & The team adding business to tier 5 makes this an absolute slam dunk. no brainer investment.

Started with the base tier and upgraded to tier 5 as the quality is so high
The Tool itself is great and setting up voices seems very intuitive & easy so from a UX & implementation perspective the product seems great.

Minor Drawback - NON Us/Canadian Citizens
For Non Us/Canadian citiizens you MUST have some form of LLC Or Company registered in your jurisdiction in order to set up the outbound calls.

Sole proprietorships are only available in the US/Canada - meaning if you don't have a company that aspect of the feature set is closed off. This is likely beyond the control of the company & a twillio restriction placed upon them.

So this aspect will adds a frictional cost to the business for people who don't have a company set up and means that you'll need to set a company or some form of body corporate up in order to actually use the outbound calling feature (Not a deal breaker as most successful businesses end up incorporating anyway but just something to take not of if you currently don't have a company & are not based in the Us/Canada)

If you want voice assistance for your business I can't imagine of a better way of doing it then thoughtly.
