I bought tier 1 and tier 5, two purchases, the customer support is horrible, more than 10 days never help and solve...yet cannot refund.

1. I want to purchase malaysia number, I thought It was easy, but till now, still no solution...not approved and never let me know how to help to get the number...i have company registered and legal business...yet no support at all also! so cannot do outbound call properly...

2. the bulk upload contact does not work, CSV file? cannot upload.

WORST PART, DO NOT EXPECT YOU RECEIVE SUPPORT, NO EMAIL to support, they said MSG IN their portal, their website? NAH~ NEVER BOTHER TO REPLY, NO SUPPORT.

Appsumo, this is like scam... Things not working and no refund, or Appsumo and thoughtly just taking advantage of our trust

ps: they claimed they replied, but honestly, i never receive the reply within 25mins as they claimed. No, and NEVER... i never receive email as they claimed - 25mins.. yet they did not fix the problem, and just blame the document i uploaded... and i sent them the document, i still waiting them to fix, and lastly, i never get the Malaysia number, no news... and they still want me change review to 5 tacos??????? Until you fix my issues, i will consider to change tacos, but not only talking and never solve and try to show to public you have solved or replied fast. I have all screenshots and recording as evidence. So solve my problems because you know I am not the only one facing this same problem

SCAMMED by the no refund and can not add number, please AVOID!

I am unable to buy any number and was surprised that Appsumo allowed a too restricted plan with no refund or ability to change plan even with a few days testing. APPSUMO did not even make it more evident that there is no refund for this. They should have realized that people are occupied with lot of black friday deals and should not have taken advantage of people by this kind of SCAM scheme or deals!!!!

The password recovery via email doesn't work.
Viewing the changelog doesn't work; it simply opens an infinite number of pop-up windows.
You can't purchase a number from another country.
They don't respond to emails or the Slack channel.

i have the same problems like others, now they ban my access and i cannot access the account and NO REFUND @APPSUMO, SCAMMER WITH THOUGHLY?

SOMEONE CAN HELP?
