If Your Business Needs A Voice Agent - This Is A No Brainer

I've got high expectations of this platform, and I really like what I am seeing.

Thoughly is the first Voice Agent product that I've seen offered on Appsumo. For my business as an AI agency I plan to use this as a centrepiece of my business. So to say I have high expectations is an understatement. so I will do my best to be as objective as I can with my review.

I've been waiting for Thoughtly to drop for over a month now, after getting wind that this would be available on Appsumo I set up a test account and joined their slack channel to get a feel for the platform and team.

I'm really impressed with what I've seen so far. Watching the community share their findings, seeing the new feature updates and seeing first hand the passion of the team trying to develop an excellent product.

Small things like seeing the team playing around and creating cowboy receptionists and taking calls from the community was not only hilarious, but showed they love what they love what they are doing and I believe they are sincere in wanting to create an excellent product. I do think people over look this when investing in LTD's as this is something being built to last, not as a get rich quick type deal.

Previously I've been using Synthflow to create my Voice Agents and I do think the platforms have some similarities in the way they package their services in a subscription model, they focus on no code, drag and drop building and they have their own credit system with the usage. I've found that although Thoughly is much newer the Synthflow they do have more to offer in terms of software intergrations, the ability to create conversation branches and now their automation building. Which is promising considering how young they are in comparison.

I also want to note that I have NOT been able to create my own Voice Agents yet as I need to wait for my Twillio account to be approved because I am based in Australia. So I cannot compare their voice agents to Synthflow yet but I have tested their agents externally and it does seem comparable in output. That being said it is still a work in progress like every product out there. But I think this alone shows why this is a no brainer for anyone in this space.

Thoughly seems to combines the no code simple voice agent builder of Synthflow with the conversational brach development from Bland AI. Giving it the best of both worlds for those of us who aren't programmers or coders. I haven't used Bland AI or platforms like Vapi before so I can comment on how Thoughtly compares but this alone is why I've decide to go with this over Synthflow. Although I would like to see Thoughtly develop the Voice Agent Widget that Synthflow offers (Which I would highly recommend they explore because this would be a big value add)

So far what I like
- Great team
- Solid product that already matches well with an industry leader
- Its VC backed. With some Saas companies failing due to a lack of MRR this doesn't seem to be an issue here
- Plenty of room to grow but is very usable now
- Team is responsive and very accomodating.

Some suggestions

Update - The Thoughtly team has been incredibly responsive and have now mapped the T3-4, to their Pro plans and T5 to their business plan. Huge Value Add

In conclusion.

All that aside, I am very happy with this purchase and am all in on Thoughtly. I do think this has the opportunity to be a big player in this growing space and I am very eager to be apart of this process. I think it is a no brainer for anyone that has a use case for a voice agent.

Get amongst it people!
