Potential but Customer / technical Support isn't "supporting"
I stacked tier 4 based on the outstanding potential. However, I have multiple outstanding support requests (Ticket #1905) with no response in weeks, not days. it seems like a simple issue (Business Verification) that could be resolved easily if an attempt to provide customer service / technical support is ever actually made.
Considering that this is a pricey APPSUMO deal that is not refundable, this is hard to accept.
