1) What happens after the one time AI credits expire? Do we have to purchase the AI credits as an add-on from you or we can bring our own keys using BYOK ?
2) There is a limit on the number of URLs we can use to train the AI. If I have a URL like xyz.com , then will its subpages like xyz.com/newpage , etc be counted as separate credits or under 1 credit only.
3) Is it possible to train the AI with the manual answers that I generate which AI has not been able to answer so that it can answer these questions if asked again later on.
4) Will the chatbots be white-labelled or carry the thrive desk branding?
5) Do you provide native iOS and Android apps to handle the conversations on the go?

1. You can purchase additional AI credits from us anytime. More details here: https://help.thrivedesk.com/en/ai-credits
2. Each plan (Tier) comes with a specific number of links you can use to train the AI. Please note that every individual webpage counts as one page.
3.Yes, you can add as many Q&A pairs as you’d like when training the AI. The more you add, the more helpful and accurate the assistant will become.
4. By default, the chatbot and assistant include our branding. If you’d like to remove it, this option is available for $50/month. Please note that even the Unlimited Plan on our website does not include branding removal.
5. Our Android app is already live. iOS version is currently in development, and we’ll announce updates as soon as it’s available.
The link you have provided about pricing doesn’t mention credits pricing. Could you tell me the options for credits pricing ? And is there an option of BYOK ? I would prefer buying credits from you to support you but would like to know all my options.
At the moment, BYOK isn’t available, but we appreciate your interest in buying credits from us. Right now, the cost is $12 per 1000 credits, with discounts for bulk purchases. We’ll be updating the article with these details soon.
